1. About These Terms

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through BizMaths.com, including the "I Love Metrics" book pre-order and the Business Metrics Workbook. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. What You Are Purchasing

"I Love Metrics" Book Pre-Order ($7 AUD)

This is a pre-order for a digital product that is currently in development and has not yet been completed or released. By purchasing, you are reserving your copy at the current price.

You will receive the digital edition only at this time. No physical copy is included or guaranteed with this pre-order.
Delivery will occur once the book is complete. We do not guarantee a specific delivery date. We will keep you updated via email on progress.
Pricing may increase once the book is released. Pre-order purchasers lock in the current $7 price for the digital edition.

Business Metrics Workbook ($19 AUD)

A digital companion product. Delivery details and access will be provided at time of purchase.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

4. Refund Policy

Because the "I Love Metrics" book is a pre-order for a digital product still in development:

You may request a full refund of your pre-order at any time before the book is delivered, by emailing [email protected]
Once the digital book has been delivered to you, the pre-order is non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law (for example, if the product is not as described or does not work as intended)
Workbook purchases follow the same policy: refundable before delivery, non-refundable after digital delivery, except as required by law

Founding 100 guarantee: "I Love Metrics" pre-orders are open until 30 September 2026. If fewer than 100 people have pre-ordered by this date, every pre-order purchaser will receive a full, automatic refund, regardless of individual satisfaction. You do not need to request this refund — it will be processed automatically if the 100-buyer threshold is not reached. This guarantee applies to the book pre-order only. The Workbook, being available immediately, is not covered by this guarantee and follows the standard refund policy above.

5. Delays or Changes

If the release of "I Love Metrics" is delayed significantly or the project does not proceed, we will notify pre-order purchasers by email and offer a full refund.

6. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement. If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy under law regardless of the policy above.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the Business Metrics Scorecard, "I Love Metrics" book, and Business Metrics Workbook is the property of BizMaths.com and is licensed to you for personal/business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce this content without permission.
